Asami

I sketched out a picture of Asami from The Legend of Korra technically yesterday for purposes of testing out these digital screentones I never really used, but that obviously didn't happen. So here's what happened instead. Just a one-day, loose painty thing. I really wish I picked out a better pose for her, but I tend to go pretty simple and awkward when I test things out. I also tried a newish thing with brushes and I think it's getting closer to a certain painting style I like and want to try...just gotta push it further. Looser!

I don't know what's going on in the foreground and background. It just happened. XD Well, it was all fun times. Will be posting to Tumblr after school or something. There's some WIP screenshots there too since I figured that it would be nice to post stuff there more often...that's not me rambling. XD

ALSO I forgot that I wanted to mention that I like her and I feel that in the instances where I read about people not liking her is because she's jealous. Why would she not be jealous? And she's a nice character and she hasn't thrown a fit over it or anything. : | So it baffles me that Mako doesn't seem to get as much flak as she does. There...is that coherent while staying fairly spoiler-free? XD Take a look at these posts I found here if you want because it reflects my feels, okay.
